Care Plan Workshop

Course Options:

3 hour Awareness course

Aim of the course:

For staff to become familiar with all documentation in relation to Care files.
For staff to be able to complete assessments/care plans in order to meet the needs of individual clients in our care.

Course overview:

Staff to be familiar with CQC requirements/Company policy in relation to record keeping.
Staff to have a full understanding of how to complete assessments and care plan to meet the needs of individuals in our care.

Any member of staff that has the responsibility of writing or updating Care Plans

A minimum of 3 participants
A maximum of 10 participants

You don't need any prior knowledge as it will all be covered in the course

Please inform the instructor if you have an injury or are pregnant, this is for your own safety

Dress Code: Smart Casual or Uniform
