Basic First Aid at Work
Course Options:
3 hour refresher & 6 hour full day
Aim of the course:

By the end of the course the participants will have knowledge in relation to dealing with situations which require basic first aid
Course overview:

The principles and priorities of first aid

Unconsciousness and recovery position
-
Awareness of how to treat burns, bleeds, and fractures.

Demonstration of what to do if someone is choking

How to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Any member of staff can benefit from taking this course
How many can attend?
A minimum of 3 participants
A maximum of 10 participants
Do I need prior knowledge?
You don't need any prior knowledge as it will all be covered in the course
