Basic First Aid at Work

Course Options:

3 hour refresher & 6 hour full day

Aim of the course:

  • By the end of the course the participants will have knowledge in relation to dealing with situations which require basic first aid

Course overview:

  • The principles and priorities of first aid

  • Unconsciousness and recovery position

  • Awareness of how to treat burns, bleeds, and fractures.

  • Demonstration of what to do if someone is choking

  • How to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Any member of staff can benefit from taking this course

A minimum of 3 participants

You don't need any prior knowledge as it will all be covered in the course
